  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder (15 g)

    Preparation

    1. You should start by impaling the sausages, one by one, until complete. Reservation.
    2. Next, you will proceed to prepare the tempura. For this purpose you will need the following ingredients: wheat flour, egg, chemical yeast and liquid milk.
    3. Then, beat all the ingredients in a medium bowl with the help of a whisk. The consistency that you should obtain should be somewhat thick, but malleable enough so that it sticks to the rod. Remember, smooth and homogeneous.
    4. Next, pour the amount of mixture that you have achieved in a glass or cup (as you prefer) and begin to soak each sausage.

    • 10 frankfurters (500 g)
    • 1 tablespoon of baking powder (15 g)
    • 10 strips of sandwich cheese
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup of liquid milk (250 ml)
    • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil (60 ml)
    • 1 cup of wheat flour (120 g)
    • 1 cup of cornmeal (120 g)
    • 10 wooden skewer sticks

    Preparation

    1. Proceed to impale all the sausages with the skewer sticks.
    2. Next, roll a strip of sandwich cheese  over the impaled sausage. For it to adhere, you will have to give it small strokes with the tips of your fingers. Repeat the operation with all the sausages and reserve.
