    • Food : A glass of grapefruit juice to drink. A spinach and walnut salad. White rice boiled with a little olive oil. A few slices of papaya for dessert.
    • Dinner: A glass of grapefruit juice. 150 grams of baked salmon. A tomato salad. A slice of pineapple.

    Third day

    • Breakfast: Half a grapefruit. A cup of coffee or tea.
    • Food : A glass of grapefruit juice. A baked eggplant. A whole wheat toast with a little olive oil. An Apple.
    • Dinner: A glass of grapefruit juice. A salad of lettuce, spinach, walnuts and pieces of turkey breast, garnished with lemon. A papaya juice.

    This diet must be accompanied by at least two liters of water a day, since grapefruit is very diuretic and we need to be hydrated continuously.

    If you see that between hours you are hungry, resort to an apple;  It will also give you a satiating feeling and is also very healthy.

    Remember: to lose weight with grapefruit you can carry out this restrictive diet once or twice a month. You should not lengthen it in time  because it is not providing you with the necessary nutrients, but it will help you lose weight naturally.
