Natural And Home Remedies To Close Open Pores

Having open pores and being exposed to skin blemishes every two to three is something that is not pleasant to anyone. For this reason, many people look for methods to combat this problem.

Open pores can easily become clogged, especially by dirt and sweat, and then appear in the form of blackheads or comedones.

While it is true that it is best to go to the dermatologist to receive a treatment according to the type of skin, there are those who decide to try some home remedies.

Home remedies for open pores

Although there is no scientific evidence that the following remedies are effective in cleansing the skin, or specifically reducing open pores, there are those who decide to give them a try.

It is important to clarify that natural remedies are not 100% safe or effective just because they are made with natural ingredients. So if you decide to use one, keep in mind that there is a certain risk of adverse reactions and especially if you suffer from a skin disorder, such as atopic dermatitis or psoriasis.

1. Tomato pulp

Tomato treatment to clean pores

According to beliefs, the tomato is a food with antioxidant and astringent properties that can help reduce large pores and impurities.

To use it, you just have to cut a couple of slices of fresh tomato, and apply it on the areas where the imperfections are. Then it would be left to act for a few minutes and then it would be rinsed with warm water.

Egg white

It is often said that egg white can be applied to the skin as a mask to improve the appearance of the skin and reduce the number of impurities. When it dried, it adhered to the skin and, as it is removed, it would “pull out” some blackheads.

  • Beat the egg white well.
  • Apply the mask using a brush. Let it dry completely and then carefully remove it.
  • Wash your face with clean water and mild soap.

Salt and milk cream

It is believed that exfoliating the skin regularly could help cleanse and reduce the number of skin blemishes. However, you must be careful with this point, since not all skins should be exfoliated with the same regularity or with the same methods.

If the dermatologist authorizes you, try the following mixture of salt and milk cream. It is supposedly a remedy that can help minimize open pores.

  • Mix a tablespoon of cream (20 g) with a teaspoon of salt (4.6 g). Apply it to the affected parts with gentle circular massages.
  • Leave it to act for 20 minutes and finally, remove it with warm water.

Papaya peel

It is said that the papaya peel is a part of the fruit rich in nutrients and compounds that can be used for the health of the skin.

To take advantage of it, you must rub the inside of the papaya peel on the parts where there are more open pores. Leave it on for a few minutes and remove it with cold water.

Bee honey

Honey is attributed several properties, but when it comes to skin care, antioxidants, antibacterial and antimicrobial stand out.

For this reason, it is said that by applying a little honey on a clean face, as a mask, the number of imperfections could be reduced, without drying or mistreating the skin.

Celery

It is believed that preparing a homemade toner with celery could combat facial blemishes and improve the appearance of the skin. However, there is no evidence that this is effective.

If you decide to apply this remedy, try to consult your doctor first and always do a test on your forearm, to evaluate how your skin reacts. Do not apply it the first time on large areas of skin.

This plant is rich in various nutrients and various properties have been attributed to it. On the other hand, it is believed that it can help complement your skincare routine and also improve your appearance in no time.

To take advantage of it, you just have to apply a little aloe vera gel on the face, leave it overnight and the next day, rinse with plenty of fresh water.

To show off beautiful skin, always take care of it

To have healthy and beautiful skin, it is best to consult with your dermatologist what type of products should be used daily, what elements should be avoided and what treatment options are the most appropriate for our case.

The professional may prescribe the application of some specific products or suggest the laser. Everything will depend on the case.
