Recently, a study carried out by scientists at the University of Copenhagen concluded that a small dose of flax seeds is capable of having a significant effect in reducing appetite. Also in energy consumption, so that it can help you lose weight.

Quinoa

Quinoa, from Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Bolivia, where it has been consumed for more than five millennia, is a food that has also gained popularity recently. The UN, through the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) determined that 2013 was the International Year of Quinoa. This was done in recognition of the tradition of the Andean peoples to preserve the cultivation of this food for present and future generations.

Quinoa’s nutrients include phosphorus, magnesium, and iron. As well as minerals, fibers, unsaturated fats and proteins of high biological value.
