    • 3 tablespoons of baking soda (30 g).
    • 3 tablespoons of mineral water (30 ml).
    • The juice of ½ lemon.
    • 4 drops of olive, almond or lavender oil.

    Preparation

    • In a bowl, place the baking soda.
    • Pour in the water little by little while stirring, in order to form a paste.
    • Squeeze the lemon and add it to the preparation.
    • Finally, add the drops of the essential oil of your choice.

    • Wash your face with lukewarm water and pat dry gently with a towel.

    • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g).
    • 4 drops of olive, almond or lavender oil.

    Preparation

    • In a container, place the baking soda and add the water little by little.
    • When you have obtained a homogeneous paste, add the honey (if it is liquid, the better).
    • Add the essential oil of your choice and stir.

    • With a clean and slightly dry face, apply the mask very gently so as not to irritate.
    • Wait 15 minutes and remove with warm water.
    • You can apply a moisturizer (the one you use regularly) or a couple of drops of any essential oil.

    3. Baking soda mask with chamomile

    • 1 bag of chamomile tea.
    • ½ cup of water (125 ml).
    • 2 tablespoons of flaked oats (20 g).
    • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g).
    • 2 tablespoons of baking soda (20 g).

    Preparation

    • Prepare the chamomile infusion as usual.
    • Let stand.
    • Meanwhile, grind the rolled oats with the help of a mortar, a food processor or a spoon.
    • In a bowl, place the baking soda, honey and oatmeal. Mix well.
    • Remove the tea bag and add little by little in the previous preparation.
    • If the mixture is too light, you can add more baking soda.
