Ingredients

  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • Vinegar
  • 1 onion or chive
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Sliced ​​black olives
  • 1 pot of cooked chickpeas
  • Salt
  • Basil
  • Oil

Preparation

  • First of all, we must wash the chickpeas well. Normally in the pot they are preserved with a liquid whose texture can bother much later in the salad. Therefore, we must wash them with plenty of water and let them drain well.
